Tom brings over 30 years of experience in product design and in leading regulatory, engineering, and product-strategy initiatives across global organizations. He previously served as Senior Director of Energy & Environmental Policy at the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, where he led national engagement on federal and state regulatory issues. Before that, he built and led the Emerging Regulations & Technical Research function at Aisin, guiding the company’s policy interface and regulatory readiness across safety, environmental, and advanced-technology domains.
